Strolltime Support
Need help setting up your plan, connecting steps, choosing apps, starting a session, or managing purchase access? Use the guidance below or contact us directly.
Getting started
- Create your personal step-to-time plan.
- Connect Apple Health for steps recorded by iPhone or Apple Watch. Google Health/Fitbit availability is limited while production authorization is being verified; use it only if the option is available to you.
- Allow Screen Time access.
- Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to limit.
Apple Health steps are missing
- Confirm Strolltime has permission to read Steps.
- Check that Apple Health contains step data for today.
- Return to Strolltime and refresh.
- Apple does not reveal whether a zero means no recorded steps or denied access.
Google Health or Fitbit is not updating
- Google Health/Fitbit is not yet universally available. Production authorization is still being verified. If the option is unavailable, use Apple Health.
- If Google Health is available to you, confirm the Google account is connected.
- Confirm Fitbit activity is synced to the connected Google account.
- Disconnect and reconnect Google Health if authorization has expired.
- Strolltime requests read-only activity and fitness access. Only one step source is active at a time; totals are not added together.
Selected apps are not locking
- Confirm Screen Time permission is approved.
- Confirm at least one app, category, or website is selected.
- App enforcement requires a physical iPhone and cannot be fully tested in Simulator.
- If the issue continues, restart the iPhone and reopen Strolltime.
How sessions work
- A session starts only when you choose.
- All selected apps share the chosen session allowance.
- Time pauses outside selected apps.
- iOS reports usage at milestones, so the displayed balance can update with a short delay.
- Selected apps lock again when the session allowance is used.
Changing the daily plan
- Plan changes begin the following day when today’s balance has already been established.
- Today’s earned minutes and usage are not rewritten.
- Unused minutes reset at midnight.
Notifications
- Session alerts and the daily walking reminder are optional.
- They begin disabled.
- They can be managed in Strolltime settings or iPhone notification settings.
Subscriptions and lifetime access
- Monthly and annual subscriptions provide membership access for the subscription period and renew automatically unless canceled through Apple.
- Reference US prices are $3.99/month, $29.99/year, and $49.99 for one-time lifetime access. Regional prices vary; the Apple purchase sheet is authoritative for your price and terms.
- Eligible subscription offers may include a 14-day trial where configured. Check the Apple purchase sheet for eligibility and offer details. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled under the terms shown by Apple.
- Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no trial and no automatic renewal.
Restore Purchases
- Open the paywall or Settings in Strolltime and choose Restore Purchases.
- Use the Apple Account that made the purchase for App Store purchases on your iPhone, and make sure you have an internet connection.
- Restore Purchases checks your existing purchase access; you do not need a Strolltime account or to buy the plan again.
Manage or cancel a subscription
- On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Strolltime to manage or cancel your subscription.
- Deleting Strolltime does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage cancellation through Apple even if you no longer have the app installed.
- If you cannot find the subscription, check the Apple Account used for the purchase. One-time lifetime access does not renew and has no recurring subscription to cancel.
Request a refund
- Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Sign in to Apple’s Report a Problem website with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Apple determines refund eligibility. Strolltime support cannot approve a refund on Apple’s behalf.
Plans are unavailable
- Check your internet connection, close and reopen Strolltime, and try loading the paywall again.
- Check that you are signed in to the App Store and that in-app purchases are allowed in your iPhone settings.
- Plans and offers depend on App Store availability and configuration. Strolltime is still coming to the App Store; availability in a test build does not guarantee public availability.
- If plans remain unavailable, contact support with your app version, iOS version, App Store country or region, and the error message.
Purchased access has not appeared
- Check Apple’s purchase history or Subscriptions settings to confirm the purchase completed and is associated with the Apple Account you are using.
- Reconnect to the internet, reopen Strolltime, then use Restore Purchases from the paywall or Settings. Purchase access may take a short time to update.
- If the purchase is pending, wait for Apple to complete it. Do not purchase again just to troubleshoot missing access.
- If access still does not appear, contact support with the plan name, approximate purchase date, app and iOS versions, and any error message. Redact personal information from screenshots. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or private API keys.
