Apple Health
Supports steps recorded by iPhone and Apple Watch.
Strolltime turns the steps you already take into time for the apps you want to use more intentionally. Build your own daily exchange, earn minutes as you move, and decide when to spend them.
Your plan, your pace
Choose a daily goal from 1,000 to 50,000 steps.
Set between 5 and 240 minutes at your goal.
Decide whether earning stops at your goal or continues beyond it.
Minutes build progressively as you walk. This is a personal target, not a fitness prescription.
How it works
Choose the apps you want to limit.
Walk and earn minutes according to your plan.
Start a session when you choose to unlock those apps.
One balance is shared across all selected apps. Time is consumed only while a selected app is being used and pauses when you leave it. Unused minutes reset at midnight.
Connect the steps you already take
Supports steps recorded by iPhone and Apple Watch.
Fitbit step support is planned through Google Health. Availability is limited while production authorization is being verified.
Only one source is active at a time, so totals are never added together.
Private by design
Apple Health data and Screen Time selections are processed locally. Apple and RevenueCat handle purchases and membership access; RevenueCat also provides purchase and subscription analytics. Strolltime does not send step counts, HealthKit data, Screen Time selections, or Google authorization tokens to RevenueCat.
